The Biodiv Ysio SV Stent is coated with unique
PC Technology™.
PC Technology is a synthetic copy of the outside
surface of a red blood cell which reduces the body's response to
an implanted device.
Water molecules attach themselves to the PC
coating encapsulating the stent in a protective layer. It is this
biological mimicry that makes PC Technology safe, thrombo-resistant
and biologically neutral over the long term.

Health Center, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Dr. Beaudry reported successful
delivery of 95.7% of SV stents based on 188 stents from 90 patients
observed. He ha developed more that 300 SV stents, of which 270 were
2.5mm diameter and 60 were 2.0mm. |
